p=6 - value .01
d=12 or 2*p - value .1
n=3 - value .05
q=12 or 4*n - value .25

Multiply each denomination's value by how many she had.
(6*.01)+(12*.1)+(3*.05)+(12*.25)
.06+1.20+.15+3.00
