ADD 3 1/2 + 4 3/4.
3 1/2 IS EQUAL TO 3 2/4.
3 2/4 + 4 3/4 = 7 5/4 = 8 1/4.
8 1/4 IS EQUAL TO 8 2/8.
8 2/8 - 1 3/8 =
7 10/8 - 1 3/8 = 6 7/8.
The equation is (3 1/2 + 4 3/4) - 1 3/8 = 6 7/8.
The answer is 6 7/8.
Hope this helped☺☺
