Moderate to extreme indulgence drinking harms body parts particularly liver and lungs of the human body. It causes disease in the body such as liver disorders, pancreatitis, cancer, ulcers, and gastrointestinal dilemmas. Furthermore, it could cause immune system dysfunction, brain damage, mal-nourishment and vitamin deficiencies, osteoporosis, heart diseases, accidents, and various kinds of injuries.

Binge drinking is the practice in which the drinker will consume a large volume of alcohol in a session. This will result to long term effects such as having the diseases of kidney cancer and liver cancer. We all know that alcohol is not good if it is taken for a large amount because it can affect your internal organs.
