You would do
(l=length W=width)
2.5*2+3=8L*2.5W= 20 So 2.5 width is No
5*2+3=13L*5W=65 So width of 5 is correct so 5 in width is correct
6.5*2+3=19.5L*6.5W=84.5 to high so No
The correct answer is 5 in wide
