For this you'll substitute the input and output.
A) 10 = 4 + 6
10 = 10
B) 10 = 2(4) + 3
10 = 11
C) 10 = 14 - 4
10 = 10
D)10 = 2.5(4)
10 = 10
The answer choice B is not the equation for the function because 10≠11.
