Point-slope is a specific form of linear equations in two variables:y - b = m( x - a );
Then, m is the slope; m = ( 1 - 2 ) / (2 + 3 ) = -1/5;
a = 2 and b = 1;
Finally, y - 1 = (-1/5)( x - 2 );
y = -x/5 +7/2;
