What are some things you should remember when administering hands-only CPR

First, before anything call 911 and stay on the phone with them, they’ll usually ask for your location, etc.
Second, push hard and fast in the center of the chest. Hand position: Both hands Palms down with one interlocking the other.

don't really worry about pushing too hard, it's even ok if you were to break a rib or two. it's better to push too hard than not hard enough
