1pm- 5 bacteria
2pm- 5x3= 15 bacteria
3pm- 15x3= 45 bacteria
4pm- 45x3= 135 bacteria
5pm- 135x3= 405 bacteria
The correct answer would be there's 405 bacteria at 5 o'clock pm
