It’s less than half, but not by much. So it is 4%

Answer:

the answer would be D40 because if you have 15 you take and you subtract the six from it and you wouldn't get 0.6 or 0.4 so those to A&B or eliminated but C & D where would be the only two would left and it would be D because 6 and 9 or almost equal to each other so it would be. 40 which sould be D
