What is 10×+4=7(6x-14)

10x+4=7(6x-14)
10x+4=42x-98
-4 -4
10x=42x-102
-42x -42x
-32x=-102
/-32 /-32
x=3.1875
I'm almost positive that this is correct if I multiplied wrong please do it right but this is a more general idea of how to solve it.
