1. I want to try out a breathing exercise. You will breathe in for ten seconds through your nose. You then breathe out through your mouth for ten seconds and repeat this repeatedly till you find yourself calm.

2. I would like this used in any situation, like in a large crowd or during a big test. Just any general situation that starts to make me stressed out.

3. I will know if it works if I start feeling relaxed and able to continue to process the situation.
