They were actually not so nice in this regard.They're different circumstances in this kind of regard. So, they practically disrespected and violated the Fourteenth Amendment. And because of this, this is what they did in regard of the law. I believe that this impacted the case becase they weren't sure whether to to believe in the 4th amendment or not to.
