In making a decision to go back to school to complete a degree, an employee should consider first

how much time will it take and how much hours will you work or can work after your finished with your class and another thing you need to calculate how much hours in all it take then you subtract it by 24 because 1 day = 24 hours to measure how much hours will you get to sleep and the next day repeat the process

Most likely, the employee will have to consider what the opportunity cost would be of going back to school vs. working. If the employee goes back to school, this would most likely mean that he will have to stop working, or will have to work less. Therefore, he will lose out on these earnings, as well as on tuition fees and other expenses schools require. Therefore, he needs to consider whether this loss will be compensated by his future earnings after he graduates from school.
