V = (4/3)π*r^3
V' = 4π*r^2*r'
600 cm^3/min = 4π(30 cm)^2*r'
r' = (600 cm^3/min)/(4π(30 cm)^2) = 1/(6π) cm/min
The rate of change of radius is about 0.05305 cm/min.
