What are exercises that address the elements of skill/performance related fitness?

It depends on where you are or want to go. In school, you have the pacer test. There's also other fitness tests you should be able to meet, depending on age and weight. The average, healthy person should be able to do a plank for two minutes, but the average person is also not really healthy soooOo.
