The keyboard command to take a screenshot is the same with all of the other computers. the command is to press Alt and PrtScn together. you can place the screenshot in Google Docs or Microsoft Word (Word Online) by selecting Paste or Ctrl and V together.

Okay, do you use a desktop? If you do, then you most probably have a keyboard. You can screenshot using the keyboard. Pull up the website from which you would like to screenshot, and then look to your keyboard :

1. On the right side of your keyboard, look for where the number pad is.

2. On top of the square with the number pad, Number lock, and etc. are three sort of rectangular buttons. From left to right, they go : PrtScn SysRq, Scroll Lock, and Pause Break.

3. Making sure that you have the page you want to screenshot up, press the first key on the left, which is : PrtScn SysRq. Press it once, and if you want to make sure, press it twice.

4. Search up "Paint" on your desktop, and the program that allows you to paint (if you get it, if not, search it up and it should come up) should pop up. Open it full screen.
5. At the top right, there should be a button that says, "Paste."

6. After clicking "Paste" the picture that you screenshotted should come up on the white part of the Paint program.

7.Save it to your desktop or files.
