C = (100w)/(L)

w is on the right side multiplied by 100/L.

C = (100)/(L) * w

Now multiply both sides by the reciprocal of 100/L,
which is L/100, to isolate w.

C * (L)/(100) = (L)/(100) * (100)/(L) * w

(CL)/(100) = w

w = (CL)/(100)

w = (LC)/(100)

Answer: choice B.
