$78,000÷5 = $15,600
Nick> 3U= $15,600×3 = $46,800
Keandre> 2U= $15,600×2 = $31,200

So Nick invested 3x parts and keandre invested 2x.
3x + 2x = 78000
5x = 78000
x = 15600
So multiply that by three and two to find how much each invested.
15600*2 = $31200 (Keandre)
15600*3= $46800 (Nick)
