The Earth radius is
r=6.37 \cdot 10^6 m.
For the law of conservation of energy, the energy required to move the object to an altitude of h=2r is equal to the gravitational potential energy of the object at that altitude, which is

U=mgh=mg(2r)=(1350 kg)(9.81 m/s^2)(2\cdot 6.37\cdot 10^6 m)=

=1.69\cdot 10^(11)J
And this is the energy required to move the object at that altitude.
