Darren's psychologist is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on the development of coping strategies that solve current problems and changing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and emotional regulation. CBT was first used to treat depression. It is now widely used for a lot of mental health conditions.
