To be eligible for initial licensure an applicant cannot have been on court-ordered supervision or probation for any class b criminal offense within the last _____ year(s).

I believe the answer is: 10 years
But exception could be made under special circumstances.
For example, if the person is conducted a felony in the past 10 years but he/she is pardoned due to some sort of good deeds for the society, the ban for having the licensure might be lifted.
