y = 5x - 13 ----------- (1)
5x + 2y = 19 --------- (2)
Sub (1) into (2):
5x + 2(5x -13) = 19
5x + 10x - 26 = 19
15x = 19 + 26
15x = 45
x = 3 -------- sub back into (1)
y = 5(3) - 13
y = 15 - 13
y = 2
Ans: x = 3, y = 2
