Consider this option (based on algebra):
1. Common view of linear equation is y=kx+b, where k and b - numbers.
2. Substituting the coordinates of points A(2;5) and B(0;5):

\left \{ {{(A): 2k+b=5} \atop {(B): 0*k+b=5}} \right. \ =\ \textgreater \ \ \left \{ {{k=0} \atop {b=5}} \right.
3. if k=0 and b=5, then the equation of required line is y=5.
