x=32.4

work: 8 1/3 ÷ x = 2 1/3 ÷ 8.1
first, you have to cross multiply.
8 * 1/3 ÷ x = 2 * 1/3 ÷ 8.1
|
8*1/3*8.1=2*1/3x
after you divide both sides by 2*1/3
getting the answer 32.4
