As you can see in a cross shown in the image below, all of the progeny would have the Rr genotype.
Since the NF1 gene that is the genetic causes of Neurofibromatosis is expressing
an autosomal dominant pattern of inheritance, the heterozygotes would also have the disease.
Therefore, the correct answer is D, 100%.
