Is the X not supposed to go after the X, I do not know how to answer is X is in front but if you meant the X is behind the 4 then it would be like this...

0.5(4x-3) +15=

2x-1.5+15

The like terms would be -1.5 and 15

2x+13.5

That would be the answer, hope I am right :D
