Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

Makes most sense Situational Crime Prevention is the management, design or manipulation of the immediate environment in as systematic and permanent way as possible

Other examples:

Street lamps

installing a burglar alarm

hiring a security guard in a bank

placing a camera on a parking lot

it Depends C would make most robbers stop unless they know the area while B would make it more risky to rob the bank. D would help in the local neighborhood but the robber could live outside that area. A would be useless if the robbers would dig or blow it up underneath it (my first answer btw i hoped it helped)
