Remember the formula of the area of a circle is:

V = \pi * r^(2)
SO given that
V = 226.98
and
\pi = 3.14
Plug in a chug
226.98 = 3.14 *
r^(2)

r^(2)= 72.287
r = 8.50

Remember that d = 2 * r
d = 2 * 8.5 = 17
