The correct answer should be the Voting Rights Act of 1965

This is one of the best implemented acts in the entire history of United States. It basically stated that all citizens regardless of their race or ethnicity are allowed to vote and that no state may introduce any ways of obstructing their voting rights. This stopped things like voting taxes or education tests that African-Americans had to pass in numerous southern countries.
