An isosceles triangle has a base of 8 feet and a height of 6 feet. What is the length of one of the two congruent sides? Work and a diagram would be appreciated using the Pythagorean Theorem

8^2 + 6^2 = c^2 (a^2 + b^2 = c^2)
64 + 36 = 100
square root of 100 = 10
The third side is 10 feet.
