Jessica is designing a large, circular garden for a neighborhood park. A part of the garden will be occupied by a fountain. If the diameter of the garden is 82 meters and the measure of the angle formed by the fountain is 126°, what will be the approximate length of the garden cover by the fountain?

For this case what we should do is use the following relationship:
S = R * theta
Where
S: length of the garden covered by the fountain.
R: Garden radio
theta: angle formed by the source.
Substituting values we have:
S = (82/2) * ((126) * (pi / 180))
S = 90.16 m
Answer:
The approximate length of the garden cover by the fountain will be:
S = 90.16 m
