to divide fraction do the following:

`3 (5)/(8) = ((8 * 3) + 5)/(8)`
simplify we get

`(29)/(8)`
then to divide by 1/4 we need to flip it to 4/1 or just 4

`(29)/(8) / (1)/(4) = (29)/(8) * (4)/(1)`

simplify and we get

`(116)/(8)`
which equals 14.5 but you can't have half a person so the answer is:

`14 \: \: coworkers`
