In it's current form, Medicare beneficiaries pay premiums, deductibles, and copays, unless they are also covered by Medicaid. Is this appropriate? Should we make Medicare free to everyone over 65? If so how do we pay the cost of this coverage?

this can be a yes or no answers when I look at it. yes because 65 year old person usually if they didn't care for themselves in their earlier day, are normally going to be suffering from various health problems ranging from diabetes to kidney failure. Therefore, their medicare is going to be very costly and if that person doesn't have sufficient saving or family members who make good money, good enough to care for then it's going to place a stain on them.
