What is the area of the shape shown?

378 cm squared. If you split it into two shapes, the top rectangle's (9 x 10) area is 90 cm and the bottom rectangle's (24 x 12) is 288 cm. 288 plus 90 gets you to 378 cm squared.

15x12 = 180

198+180 = 378
