$810 ÷ 3 = 270 square feet
Area of the room is 270 square feet.

Area = 270 square feet, length = 18 feet

Area = Length x Width
270 = 18 x width
Width = 280 ÷ 18
Width = 15 feet

The room is 15 feet wide.
