y= x(-9) + 5
to check--
when you create a line using the y-intercept and the slope. if you put the (x,y) coordinates that are on your line in your function/equation. both sides should equal each other
ex- 14=14✓

it is actually y=-9x+5 because you have to follow y=mx+b
