First we can start by finding the area of the whole circle:

A=πr²
A=π(11)²
A=121π cm²

We know that a circle has 360 degrees. With this information, we can set up a proportion:

121π cm²/360 degrees=x cm²/125 degrees

To solve for x, cross multiply:

360x=(121π)(125)
360x=15125π
x=42.01π

The area of the sector is 42.01π cm² or 131.99 cm².

Ok, first we find the are of the entire circle.

3.14 times 11 times 11 = 379.94.
Then, take 34.7% of that, which is 131.92361.
Rounded to the nearest tenth, it is 131.9. Hope it helps! :)
