The Six Day War was a war between Israel and its neighboring countries that was fought from June 5th till June 10th 1967.

The war happened due to increased tensions and multiple terrorists attracts of Palestinian terrorists carried into Israel territory.

The war ended with the victory of Israel. Israel seized the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Peninsula from Egypt, the West Bank from Jordan and the Golan Hights from Syria.

Israel was tripled in size after the war and gained sovereignty over an Arab population of one million citizens.
