Clearly after looking at the histogram we see that the interval on the x-axis are inconsistent.

Since, the intervals given are:

0-4 ( length of interval is 4)

5-9 ( length of interval is 4)

10-14 ( length of interval is 4)

But the intervals:

(15-19) is missing in the given histogram.

And then a interval of length 4 is given i.e. (20-24)

Hence, option: C is the correct answer.
