All are correct EXCEPT these two statements:

Magistrate Courts hear cases involving felonies and violent crimes. This statement is not included because Magistrate courts hear cases involving minor criminal offenses and civil claims with amounts $15,000 or less.

Justices on the Supreme Court of Georgia are appointed by the Governor for life. This is not included because the 9 justices of the Supreme Court are the ones who elect (among themselves) who will be the Chief Justice and not the Governor.
