hmm, I would have to say that it is the first one. A subordinating conjunction is like a rhetorical question, the sun is out but it isnt warm implying that usually the sun is warm but this time it isn't.


The answer is the first one.

A subordinating conjunction is used to connected a subordinate/dependent clause with the independent one. So first of all, we need to find a subordinate clause in these examples above.
