To calculate the number of pounds of meat required to feed diners do the following: for poultry or meat with bones, divide the number to be served by 2.5; for meat with little or no bone, divide the number to be served by 3.5; and for fish fillets divide the number to be served by 3.5.

30 lbs. The question itself tells you how to solve it. Since you're serving boneless chicken, that would be "meat with little or no bone, divide the number to be served by 3.5". And you've been given 100 guests. So: 100 / 3.5 = 28.57142857 And of the 4 options given 30 lbs is the closest, so that's the correct answer.
