It ruled against the Agricultural Adjustment Act

According to popular opinion, the Agricultural Adjustment act was created to support large farms and make them wealthy while the smaller farms would suffer. This is why it was deemed unconstitutional since agricultural decisions were a state power and not a federal one. This was fixed in 1938 when a new act was made.
