The answer is oigo, as this is the proper conjugation of the first person of the oir infinitive. While the g in the word might be a bit irregular, it has to do with the evolution of the language over time. This is the only conjugation in the the present tense tree with the g. Oyes is the second person, but the other two answers are not correct present tense conjugations.
