The answer would be: Cold packs and compression glove.

Edema appears because the oncotic pressure is lower than the hydrostatic pressure. This causes the fluid leaks into the interstitial space. The temperature from the cold pack will cause the blood vessel to constrict, reducing the blood flow to the area. Compression will prevent the fluid leaks by giving external pressure.
