We have two sides and one angle opposite to one of the known sides.

Begin with applying the Law of Sines to find angle A:

(sin A )/(a) =
(sin C )/(c)

Then, solve for sin A:
sin A =
(a sinC)/(c)

Now, plug in numbers:
sin A = 19 × sin(38) / 10 = 1.17

We know that it does not exist an angle whose sin is bigger than 1, therefore
no triangle is formed.
