Ccows = x
Chickens = y
x+y = 34
4x + 2y = 110 or 2x + y = 55
subtract them
x = 21
so, 21 Cows and 13 Chickens, Total = 34
check:
Cowlegs = 84
Chickenlegs = 26
Total = 110
