A rectangle has a width of 3 cm and a length of 10 cm. What is the effect on the perimeter when the dimensions are multiplied by 10?

A) The perimeter is increased by a factor of 10.

B) The perimeter is increased by a factor of 40.

C) The perimeter is increased by a factor of 100.

D) The perimeter is increased by a factor of 400.

I think it's 'A'.. but would really appreciate if someone else double checked it cause I'm an idiot and exhausted and can't think.
