Using the law of the sines we have:
(13) / (sin (40)) = (19) / (sin (C))
Clearing the angle C we have:
sin (C) = (19/13) * (sin (40))
C = Asin ((19/13) * (sin (40)))
C = 69.96086904
Rounding:
C = 70 degrees
