It’s not greater it’s less for example 21/30 needs 9 more to equal 1 whole and 2/3 needs 1 to make one whole making it greater than 21/30

Hello,
One way to do this is to convert the fraction 2/3 into 20/30 by multiplying it by ten.
Then, it is clear to see that 21/30 is more than only 20/30.
